About Edna

Edna is one of the nation's leading experts in Business Psychology and mental toughness coaching. She applies a diligent, effectual and no nonsense approach to get the best performance results. Over the past 14 years, Edna has applied her psychological expertise to help individuals, teams and organisations identify and enhance their long-term effectiveness. She is the director of her consultancy business – Agbarha People Consulting. Edna is a chartered business psychologist and has a bachelors' degree and 2 masters' degrees.

Edna uses her analytical, no-nonsense and direct approach to ensure clients achieve clearly defined goals. Her expertise includes: personal endurance coaching, team building, leadership development, executive assessment and organisational change. Edna has delivered numerous executive workshops to senior business leaders on topics such as: leadership, emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, confidence building, presentation skills, and conflict management.

Edna enjoys variety in the work she does, and has frequently worked in over 50 countries across the Middle East, Africa, America, Europe and Asia. Over many years Edna has designed a number of people development programmes. Edna has trained and accredited thousands of delegates on topics such as: coaching, consultancy, leadership, team building and effectiveness, and organisational assessment. Edna shares her opinions on business matters and likes to present her views widely. She has given talks on national radio (Radio 5 Live), and international radio speaking on how to motivate staff, employee engagement, and the psychology of the financial traders. Edna has proven herself to be a confident presenter and speaker accustomed to addressing large and knowledgeable international audiences who wish to hear a clear, inspirational and memorable message.

In terms of her future aspirations, Edna intends to continue doing what she has always done - applying psychology to enhance individuals, teams and businesses – and aims to grow her portfolio of long-term projects. She would love to combine her passion for applying psychology with her passion for entrepreneurialship, fashion and entertainment.
